Sing, dance, act!

In this 1 day workshop, students will work with performer and teaching artist Isabella Schroder to explore musical theatre techniques and create a fun performance for family and friends.

Course Components

• Explore storytelling through singing, dancing, and acting.
• Build confidence in using an expressive voice and movement on stage.
• Learn to work as part of a team to create a performance.
• Develop basic musical theatre skills such as rhythm, movement, and vocal clarity.
• Strengthen listening, focus, and following stage directions in a fun, supportive setting.
• Grow confidence and creativity through imaginative play and character exploration.
• Rehearse and perform a short musical theatre piece for friends and family.

Age group: Students in School Years K-2

Venue: Storey Park Community Centre, 12 Old Berowra Rd, Hornsby, NSW

Date: Friday, 11th July

Time: 9:30am - 4pm

End of Day Performance

Time: 3:30pm*

Students will perform a short rehearsed piece at the end of the day for family and friends! *Please note that the time is subject to change. Any updates will be communicated to families via email.
